Vassar Brothers Hospital Trustee Panel
Vassar Brother’s Hospital has a long, rich history dating back to 1886 and with it, an equally impressive list of visionary stewards who have served as chairpersons of their Board of Trustees. The Foundation recently chose to honor their contribution by installing a custom wall panel that includes the names and dates of service of the 44 men and women who have served the hospital. The design includes space for another 28 leaders to take them far into the future as our health care needs grow.

Timely Signs Works on Call of Duty: Black Ops II Launch!
Some of our staff here at Timely Signs have a love affair with video games, so when we had the opportunity to work on materials for the set of the launch of the game Call of Duty: Black Ops II, we jumped at the chance. We produced the floor graphics and even installed them on-site in the Times Square studio.

Just recently we were asked to work on a project down at the MTV studios in Times Square. The project consisted of some elements for the set design of an upcoming Telethon they were producing on Hurricane Sandy Relief. The telethon, called Restore the Shore was to help drum up support donations for relief efforts for Seaside Heights.
Timely Signs was called in to print and install large vinyl floor graphics on the circular stage (seen in the image at left) and a set of custom routed dimensional letters for the donation desk.
MTV’s special Restore the Shore, hosted by Sway and Amy Paffrath, had multiple stars from the network (including the casts of Jersey Shore, Teen Wolf, Teen Mom and Awkward) working the duck phones and talking to those who have made donations to help rebuild what Hurricane Sandy destroyed. Singer songwriter Pink, also lended her voice to the project.
All funds raised will go to Architecture for Humanity, an internationally recognized non-profit that led rebuilding efforts in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake, which is now setting out to help rebuild the famed boardwalk, local businesses and homes in Seaside Heights ravaged by the storm.
As of Wednesday, November 16, the telethon raised over 1 million dollars.

The Center for Ambulatory Services at Vassar Brothers Medical Center
When Health Quest, the Mid-Hudson Valley’s largest integrated health care system, decided to build a state-of-the-art surgical center in Poughkeepsie, New York, they called on Timely Signs to develop an exterior signage plan as well as a comprehensive donor recognition system. This center provides much needed additional operating room capacity to the surgeons practicing at Vassar and surrounding hospitals resulting in less wait time between diagnosis and scheduled surgeries.
