Even though we are kids at heart, the team at Timely Signs wants nothing more than to provide you with an excellent product and superior customer service.
“Our business is all about customer service and that is reflected in our mission statement. We value the relationships we build with our clients and their success is, in turn, our success. As president & vice president of the company it is my brother and I who set the direction and tone for the company. Our staff doesn’t work for us at Timely Signs, but rather with us, and that makes all the difference.” – Joe Beichert
Let’s meet some of the team.
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts at Syracuse University with a degree in communication design, Paul began his career at HMSDesign and continued at TFI Envision, both in Norwalk, Connecticut designing packaging, displays, collateral and corporate communications for Allied Signal, Labatt USA, Snapple, McNeil Pharmaceuticals, Norwalk Maritime Aquarium, and the Connecticut Grand Opera & Orchestra.
“With packaging and corporate identity, a high level of design and strategic thinking is standard for the industry. I felt that I could bring those ideas back to our family business and really make a difference in the sign industry. Signs have always been one of the most cost-effective means of marketing a business.”
Paul joined the company in 2001 moving back to the Hudson Valley to partner with his brother Joe with the intention of growing the family business. In 2008, Paul was named Ulster County Business Person of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce and Ulster County Business Development Association. He currently serves on the Benedictine Health Foundation board of directors, The Bardavon 1869 Opera House board and the Rip Van Winkle Council Boy Scouts of America executive board.
Paul resides in Dutchess County with his wife Jennifer and his two children, Thomas and Katherine.
Joe entered the family business after graduating from George Washington University where he majored in Marketing and Business Administration. Joe began working in the graphics and corporate awards division to get a feel for the business. In 2002 he moved into a sales and customer service role and is currently Vice President.
“Our business is all about customer service and that is reflected in our mission statement. We value the relationships we build with our clients and their success is, in turn, our success. As president & vice president of the company it is my brother and I who set the direction and tone for the company.”
Joe is active in the community sitting on the board of directors for the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce, The Kingston Hospital Foundation and Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County. He was honored by the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce in 2011 with a 40 Under 40 Shaker award recognizing him as one of 40 people under the age of 40 who have shown a strong commitment to the Hudson Valley and honoring him as one of the next generation of leaders in the region.
He currently resides in Ulster County with his wife Mary and three children, Emily, Joseph and Ryan.
Tyson has been with Timely Signs since 2002. He started out as an intern during his schooling in graphic arts. He has worked his way through every aspect of the business and is now a sales associate. He enjoys snowboarding in the winter and goes mountain biking whenever he has a free moment. Tyson really enjoys what he does at Timely Signs so feel free to pick his brain.
Jodie joined the Timely Signs team in 2017 and brings her prior experience of 10 years as a restaurant manager to the newest division at Timely Signs: Apparel & Gifts. She is very excited to present these new offerings to our clients in hopes that we can satisfy multiple areas of their marketing solutions. When Jodie isn’t working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and “date nights” with her girlfriends. You can also find her planning a new project for their home.
If you have a question at Timely Signs, Jen has the answer. Jen is the backbone of our office, working in a variety of positions at the company since 2001 including sign permitting and customer service. Always ready to support our customers and any aspect of the business that might need her, Jen took on the full-time role of office administrator in January of 2018. In her off hours Jen can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family, playing chauffeur for her children’s busy schedules, and working on house projects with her husband Paul.
Jeff grew up in Ulster County, lived in North Carolina for a time and moved back to the area in 2000. He started with Timely Signs in 2002 as a Service Tech and has moved up through the ranks, including 6 years as the Service and Installation Manager. He now manages the Fabrication Department as well. He enjoys motorcycling, playing softball and Golf whenever he can.
Andrew is a Louisiana transplant (who possibly moved here to be closer to the NY Giants) started with us in 2010 doing graphics support. He rapidly made his way up to production manager because of his strong work ethic and keen attention to detail. A self proclaimed nerd, he prides himself on his wealth of useless movie trivia knowledge. He loves playing team sports and tries to play golf whenever he can.
Ben joined the company in 2013, and heads the Timely Wraps division, taking each project from design to installation. He specializes in vehicle wraps and custom auto restyling, as well as executing the bus wraps for Poughkeepsie and Kingston transit advertising. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Ben has the ability to bring client’s ideas to life with amazing designs and incredible customer service.
Reuben started with the company in 2014, bringing his diverse skill set to the design department. He develops creative designs for all variety of projects, and lends his tech skills in the implementation of our new digital signage initiative, as well as routine updates to the Timely Signs website. Reuben graduated from SUNY Ulster with a degree in Advertising Design & Graphic Technology. In his free time, Reuben can be found on the golf course, paintball field, or in the studio writing music.
