Timely Signs Wraps Times Square
Happy New Year from Timely Signs! Take a look at exclusive photos from behind the scenes at the creation of the Planet Fitness stage for the New Year’s Eve ball drop! Timely Signs project manager Tyson McCasland and our expert wrap installer Ben Reposa worked with set fabricators Cigar Box Studios, Inc. to complete the graphics for the Planet Fitness Stage in Times Square where more than a million people congregated to watch the ball drop this New Year’s Eve. The graphics package included wraps for the 24 foot high pillars along with column cap logos and large format translucent graphics for the “Get Down With Planet Fitness” backdrop!

LED Displays and More at New Health Quest Location
Timely Signs has supplied the exterior and interior signs for more than 25 Health Quest Medical Practice locations throughout the Hudson Valley, so when the healthcare group was planning the consolidation of 10 multi-specialty providers in a single 15,000-square-foot office in Highland, they called on us to design, build, and install the signage for the new location. The internally illuminated monument sign includes a 10 mm full color LED digital message center for convenient and immediate communication advertising the primary care and specialty services available at the practice.
Fast Change Flip-Up Frames from Timely Signs
Flip-Up Frames are a versatile sign solution, popular with our clients in many applications. The mitered frame flips open for easy access to the printed insert, leaving the frame mounted on the wall. Illuminated Wayfinding at Glens Falls Hospital
Timely Signs fabrication and installation departments are in the final stages of completing the Glens Falls Hospital exterior wayfinding sign program created by our design team earlier this year. The project was in development in March and was fast tracked for fabrication and installation this summer.
Vehicle Graphics for MTC Fleet
Margaretville Telephone Company recently expanded their services to include high speed internet and cable. To promote their new services as well as maintain a professional look to their fleet, MTC called on Timely Signs to design and install new vehicle graphics. MTC’s Susan Aleksejczyk was thrilled with the result, “Had a great time working with Paul and the Timely Signs team! Fantastic job on our first vehicle wrap! Will definitely be doing more projects with Timely Signs!”
Hutton Brickyards Wayfinding
A historic occasion at Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, Bob Dylan performs this month, the first event of this size at the venue. With the plan to transform the Hutton Brickyards into a 3,500-capacity concert venue, wayfinding signage became a top priority. Timely Signs designed a system of signs with easily recognizable messaging that work together as a custom sign solution for the event space.

Blackboard Bistro
The Timely Signs design team along with project manager Joe Beichert developed the logo and brand for the much anticipated launch of The Arc of Ulster Greene’s new cafe: Blackboard Bistro. The Arc of Ulster-Greene is a local non-profit that supports children and adults affected by intellectual or other developmental disabilities, and the Blackboard Bistro is their new business venture at the Rondout Municipal Center.
