Project Highlights: City of Beacon, Finkelstein & Partners Law Firm, and more!
Recently, Timely Signs completed several unique sign projects showcasing the use of carved and dimensional elements. Pictured above are a hanging sign for a local business, Shafran and Rock Trial Attorneys, as well as free-standing signs for the Staatsburg Public Library and the City of Beacon.
Timely Signs graphic designer, Gillian Barnard, utilized decorative posts, a classic colonial shape, a raised dimensional seal overlay and v-carved text to create the new gateway signs for the City of Beacon. From the 23K gold leaf hand-applied to the copy and ball finials, all the way to the custom routed pole wraps, the Timely Signs fabrication team of Mark Long, Pat Hart, and Tyson McCasland executed the classic designs flawlessly! Watch below as the elements of the project can be seen coming together through the fabrication process.
When local developers Bob Ryan and Joe Deegan renovated one of the area’s many historical buildings at 572 Broadway in Kingston, they called on Timely Signs to create a sign package that was consistent with the building’s traditional architecture. One of the area’s largest personal injury law firms and the building’s primary tenant, Finkelstein & Partners, opted to execute their firm name and logo in raised dimensional pin mounted letters painted metallic gold to match the building’s historically accurate paint colors. At night the signs will be externally illuminated with linear high-efficiency fluorescent fixtures installed on the brick fascia.
