Recently, our team at Timely Signs was called upon by two local companies for vehicle graphics and we think the results speak for themselves.
Both projects resulted in increased brand awareness and a positive and improved image for our clients. Health Quest, the parent company of Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center, and Vassar Brothers Medical Center asked Timely Signs to wrap two of their supply chain vehicles to showcase the new Health Quest brand. The two 28 foot long box trucks were stripped of their existing graphics and wrapped with the new Health Quest logo, affiliates, and images of the their staff and the surrounding Hudson Valley. The finished product serves as a mobile billboard for the organization and highlights their dedication to providing quality healthcare in our community.
When Swim King Pools & Spas purchased a new service and installation vehicle, they saw an opportunity to generate excitement about the upcoming summer pool season. Our design and production team worked closely with the client to provide a look and feel that best reflected the products and services they offer. A properly designed vehicle wrap creates visual impact and brand recognition that sets you apart from the competition. When Swim King shows up in the neighborhood, you can be sure that everyone will be excited about the new pool! For more information on vehicle graphics and options for your business, contact us.
One of the things I bet you don’t know about us, is that we can provide you and your business with large format display presentation checks. These are custom printed and are available for one-time use or even a multi-use format using a Vandal Guard dry erase laminate. Using a large format display check when presenting an organization with your donation provides you with a great photo opportunity. You can then use the photo for press releases, social media campaigns and customer newsletters.
Don’t just give a gift or a donation – Make an impact.
Our custom checks are offered in 2 standard sizes and can be customized with your organization’s logo at no
extra cost (when you provide the logo in digital format). We also offer 3 different color options, but we will be happy to use your companies PMS color as well.
Custom sizes are available, simply request a quote. Call or contact us today for pricing!
This week we are featuring Hudson Valley restaurant Gigi Trattoria in Rhinebeck’s exterior logo as our Sign of the Week.
The restaurant, if you haven’t been (and you should!), features traditional Mediterranean dishes through the innovative use of ingredients that honor the bounty of local farms and the talents of Hudson Valley food and beverage artisans. I have to admit, the thought of their herb & salted french fries are making me drool just writing about it!
For those that are interested in the specifics, the exterior sign is made out of 1″ thick environmentally friendly Extira backer with 3/4″ thick routed dimensional white overlay made from PVC for the Gigi graphic. The word Trattoria is made from high performance plotter cut vinyl. All the paint finishes where custom matched with our Matthews Paint system.
Now we all have an excuse to go out to dinner tonight! Just tell your significant other that you need to see Gigi’s new sign!
It’s the Wednesday Sign of the Week!
This week we are featuring a recent vehicle graphic for Jeff Lowe Heating and Cooling! We’re very excited for them, not only because they are introducing another box truck to their fleet, but the company is actually celebrating it’s 100 year anniversary! How wonderful is that!
This box truck had high performance plotter cut vinyl graphics installed early this week.
Note about Vehicle Graphics – Think about the time your trucks spend on the road – whether on a job, picking up material or simply grabbing lunch – your custom fleet wrap is out there letting prospective customers know about your business. Did you know that vehicle graphics can generate up to 16 million impressions a year!

Those of you that follow us on social media (Hint… Hint…) will be in for a special treat. Each wednesday we are going to be featuring a Sign of the Week! that will showcase one of our signage projects from the Hudson Valley area. Not only will we be focusing on all the various products we offer, such as banners, monument signs, and vehicle graphics to name a few, but also we’ll be highlighting the area businesses that see the importance of quality and design.
So, without further ado… Let us introduce you to our first Sign of the Week!
This sign was made for a local company who needed some recognition on a busy road in Woodstock. Many times signs get overlooked due to poor sizing and location. You need to be able to find a happy medium between size and layout in order to achieve the perfect balance. The sign was made from wood composite with painted raised dimensional letters. The bottom panel is a custom routed shape with black plotter cut vinyl.
