Sign Re-facing or Rehabilitation – Case Study of VanKleeks Tire
Have an “old” sign that you want to replace or change, but are short on the investment capital? Updating or re-facing your company’s sign is a relatively inexpensive way to create a major impact on potential customer awareness.
Whether you are a new business moving in or if your existing sign is outdated or damaged,Timely Signs can give your sign a fresh, modern look by implementing one or more rehab options.
We recently did a sign rehabilitation for the Lake Katrine location of Van Kleeck’s tire. Unfortunately the top sign box was in pretty bad shape which we had to remove for safety reasons, but the existing support pole was in spectacular shape. Perfect for a new monument sign complete with a Daktronic digital display.
May 9th Sign of the Week!
This Wednesday’s sign of the week comes to you from Van Loan’s Discount Beverage, on Route 9W in Port Ewen!
Van Loan’s came to Timely Signs looking for a custom monument sign because they wanted to draw more attention to their business. They are located in a high traffic area which was set back from the road, and felt that a sign with more impact would drive more customers inside. We designed and fabricated a sign with non-illuminated flat Dibond panels routed with full color digital printing to simulate a 3D bottle shape. Sides were then contour wrapped with bronze aluminum. Coupled with these panels, is a 4’ x 4’ internally illuminated double sided sign cabinet with full color printed translucent acrylic faces to represent the label of the bottle. The entire monument stands over 16’ above grade.
